Bokeh Studio is a seamlessly curated space for photographers, creators and marketing located in Collinsville, CT. We have you covered from unique sets to a luxurious client closet. Both the studio and client closet are seasonally rotated to keep your creativity alive and your art evolving.

Our Services

  • The studio is available to rent 7 days a week for $50 an hour. Please note, your booking time should include set up and clean up.

    An extra half our is available as an add on for $30 at the time of your booking.

  • The client closet consists of luxury gowns from Reclamation, Nordstrom and Free People to seamlessly complement the current decor of the studio. Many of these pieces are one of a kind and handmade.

    We know client closets are daunting. The investment is steep, they’re heavy to travel with and the constant laundering and upkeep is time consuming.

    At Bokeh, all you need is a camera and your client.

    The client closet consisting of 12+ versatile gowns can be added to your studio rental for $150 for the first two hours. Each additional hour is $25.

    • WiFi and Bluetooth enabled speakers for music

    • 2 large, west facing original windows to the 1826 factory with year long, direct golden hour light

    • Beautifully weathered hardwood floors, original to the factory

    • 13 foot ceilings

    • Optional use of the extensive, luxury client closet, curated to seamlessly match the atmosphere of the studio

    • Access to all furniture, props and equipment in the studio

    • Centrally located in historic Collinsville Center within a short walking distance to scenic river views, the old train bridge and town center

  • STUDIO RULES

    • Rental fees are due at the time of booking.

    • Fees for over time that were not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period.

    • ***Rental time begins promptly at the scheduled starting time and ends promptly at the scheduled ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late***

    • ***Rental time includes set-up, break down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental. A 30 minute add on is available at the time of booking should you need extra time.***

    • There is a $75 minimum cleaning fee if the studio is left excessively dirty. Additional charges may apply for damages done by anyone in the renter’s party.

    • All trash must be taken with you at the end of your session.

    • Renter’s are welcome to use all furniture, props and equipment in the studio. Furniture may be moved but please do not drag any furniture across the floors as any damage to the wood floors is subject to a damage fee.

    • All items in the client closet are to remain inside of the studio at all times unless written consent is explicitly given by Bokeh Collective Studio.

    STUDIO POLICIES

    • No smoking or drinking is allowed in the studio.

    • Absolutely no filming of pornographic material in the studio. Boudoir sessions are always welcome but clothes must be worn on all furniture.

    • Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Please be mindful of the other businesses inside of the building. Any complaints made during your session may result in revoking future access to the studio.

    • No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

    • No pets are allowed inside of the building.

    • All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, glitter, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) are strictly prohibited. A $75 minimum cleaning fee will be charged.

    • Maximum of 5 people in renter’s party. Total of 6 people max are allowed in the studio at one time.

    • Bokeh Collective Studio is not liable for any physical injury or damage to personal property to renter or renter’s party.

    • Any violation of the guidelines and policies may result in revoked access to the studio in the future.

    • Renter’s are responsible for all members of their party.

 FAQs

  • The studio can be booked directly here on the site under the booking tab. Available days and times are shown at the time of booking.

    Please note that the time you book includes set up, break down and clean up as any time spent in the studio over your session time is subject to an over-time charge. A 30 minute add on is available at the time of booking.

  • The studio rental includes the space, use of equipment and furniture and the client closet (if rented).

  • Your booking confirmation will include directions to the studio and a unique, one time pin to enter the space. All pins expire at the end of your session so please make sure you have all of your belongings when you lock-up!

    Should you need any assistance, my direct number will be in your confirmation email and I am able to remotely assist with the lock if needed.

  • Each day! After a client closet rental, please use the provided clips to mark the hangers of the gowns you have used so they can be laundered and/or sanitized between each use.

  • While not necessary, insurance is HIGHLY recommended. There is a walk through done before and after each session. Should anything break, rip, stain, etc. during your session time, damage fees will be assessed at the discretion of Bokeh with a minimum fee of $100.

  • The studio is a smoke free, pet free space.

    There is no food or drink allowed in the studio aside from water.

    Absolutely no glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, paint, markers, chalk, etc.

    Cake smashes are not permitted in the studio.

  • We allow renters to reschedule their sessions with 24 hour notice. Cancellations are non-refundable.

    Rescheduling can be done through your original confirmation email.

  • Yes! The studio is located on the first floor and handicap accessible.

  • The address to the studio is 30 Depot Street in Collinsville, CT.

    Please be mindful of the signs when entering the parking lot as the entrance closest to the building is one way.

    Parking is available anywhere in front of the Collinsville Axe Factory and the entrance is through the double doors located on the far left of the building.
